Description
Formal Project Acceptance requires a signature by the Project Sponsor or if you are a vendor or the Customer. It is a good practice to ensure a formal sign-off in writing is in place before the close out of a project. As a vendorĀ“s professional project manager, you should use this form at a formal closing meeting or send it as a letter to the customer. The best approach depends on the relationship with the customer. In that the document requires a customer signature and is normally initiated by the project (vendor) organization, it must be designed to ultimately return to the project organization after being signed.
