To ensure successful Go-Live, the Communication Calendar is used to ensure that stakeholders are kept appropriately and enthusiastically informed about the implementation process. Go-live activities require coordination between the various departments or teams. The dates included may affect each group’s work. It allows them to plan ahead for the deadlines and associated tasks. Many of the Go-Live tasks will take time to prepare for, and all activities must be carefully coordinated to merge seamlessly into a successful Go-Live event.
