Today it can be a challenge for Project Managers to identify all project stakeholders and their motivations. This is especially difficult to do in complex matrix organizations. This project tool helps to address this problem. Use this Project Stakeholder Identification Map to brainstorm at your desk or with project team on the various project stakeholder individuals and groups to manage in your project. The generic map is only for inspiration. Each project has its own stakeholders.
