Description
In any project it is critical to identify all people (stakeholders) who will be directly or indirectly impacted by the project. When changes to the current way of working, organization strucuter or roles and responsibilites change, it is even more important to commuinicate enough and ensure key stakeholder are supporting the Organizational change initiative.
Use this template for communicating to such key stakeholder well in advance of the changes are implemented to ensure they are on board and understand the reasoning behind the choosen approach and that enough attention is given to the OCM activities such as general commuication, training and support (when relevant).
