Description
The popular Gantt plan provides an overview of the project´s schedule. You will often get a good response from project stakeholders when using a Gantt plan to illustrate the project´s activities and deadlines. However, a detailed Gantt plan detailing all project activities (maybe hundreds to thousands of activities) is not suitable for presenting an overview to a steering committee or other project stakeholders who only need to have a high-level overview of the project schedule. This template containing 12 months on one slide is usually an appropriate scale to provide an overview for most projects. The activity column contains project summary activities. Each activity is represented by a bar. The position and length of the bar reflects the start date, duration and end date of the summary activity.
