Description
A short survey that should be answered by the project sponsor to provide feedback to the project manager on his performance during a project that had just been completed. The respondent must spend approx. 5 minutes answering nine questions on a scale from 1-5 (1:Poor – 2:Fair – 3:Good – 4:Very Good – 5:Excellent). This is a great and simple tool for the project manager to gain valuable insight into the perceived performance of his job function. The survey can be a mandatory element in a Project Management Oce, but can also be used by individual project managers to ensure learning and constructive feedback.
