Description
As a project manager you will sometimes be responsible for developing one new version or release of an existing product. In such projects it can be valuable to visualize how the next iteration, version or release provides additional business value if that is the case. An example is software platforms, where some projects or releases are required of maintenance releases that will not generate business value in terms of more features, but these releases are however required to support the solution on a longer timeline. Visualizing business value vs. product maturity is an important enabler for aligning expectations and can be an addendum to the business case for each new release of the product.=
