Description
Making yourself unavailable is a great productivity hack. It can be especially important for project managers with large project teams and many project stakeholders. Usually your team doesn´t really need immediate answers and as long as you respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and get them what they need, they have no problem accepting and adjusting to their project manager´s fixed schedule. If you run multiple projects concurrently, this tool can also be twisted to visualize when you are available for each project. To use the tool, simply fill in your name(s) and adjust each day with a green or red color.
