Description

Capturing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle is a project management best practice that is often forgotten in the fog of busy project activities. The benefit of such continuous capturing of lessons learned is that all information is documented in a timely and accurate manner. Key learnings that are not noted down simultaneously with the project execution are often forgotten at the time of post-project lessons learned sessions. This template not only includes a column for describing the situation or what went wrong during a project but also a column for suggestions to avoid similar occurrences in the future.
