Description
These days, agile methodology is becoming more and more popular. Using the project management software Microsoft Project to draw a Gantt chart of your agile schedule can be valuable. Simply adjust dates, number and duration of sprints in the MPP file and you have a generic high-level sprint plan. Such a plan can be valuable when agreeing on the project processes with customers/stakeholders. You can also add actual calendar dates to each agile activity within each sprint or extend it with epics, user stories, etc. after the initial planning workshop is completed.
